Scope of application

This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information Qortex GmbH collects from individuals, how this data is used and the general privacy principles it follows in handling that information. We primarily process personal data that we obtain from our clients and other business partners in the context of our business relationships with them or data is collected from users when operating our websites and other applications.

Qortex GmbH reserves the right to make any changes to this privacy policy which complies with the applicable laws.

Access Data / Server-Logfiles

For statistical and security purposes, our web space provider collects data on each access to our sites (so-called server log files). There is a right to oppose and restrict processing and, where applicable, the right to data portability. Incorrect data may be rectified. In addition, erasure of the personal data may be requested, save in cases where statutory or regulatory requirements (e.g. statutory storage obligations for data relevant to the business) or technical obstacles prevent this. Erasure of data may create a situation in which Qortex GmbH can no longer provide certain services. In addition, in certain cases there is a right of appeal to an appropriate authority. When Qortex GmbH processes personal data on the basis of consent, that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
